Ollie Craig is an award-winning industrial designer and product innovation leader with 17 years experience turning consumer problems into commercially successful products.
Trained as an industrial designer at Loughborough University, Ollie joined Joseph Joseph as the company's eighth employee and, as a key member of the Joseph Joseph NPD team, contributed to the company's growth and development over 17 years. His experience has given him a unique insight into how product innovation can drive commercial growth.
Ollie works at the intersection of design strategy and execution, specialising in defining product vision, guiding design direction, navigating manufacturing complexity and building motivated teams to deliver innovative products to market.
With 200+ products launched, his experience spans complex physical products where commercial, manufacturing, and customer considerations are tightly coupled. He believes strong design leadership brings clarity to complexity, creating the direction and momentum needed to turn opportunities into category-shaping and commercially successful products.
